Here choose your printer type if you have loaded the drivers for more than one printer, otherwise the default printer, which you have selected is shown.

Choose the number of copies of each page you want to print.

This option collates the printed output. If you want to make 2 copies of pages 1-5 then this command will print page number 1to5, 2 times over in a collated form.

This is used to print in reverse order that is while printing 1 to 5 pages, it will print 5 to 1.

by choosing this option you can print the pages as lower quality proofs.
